Yes, for an eligible account and statement. Connect your Xero organisation, choose the bank account, review the lines and send them through Xero's Bank Feeds API. They arrive ready to reconcile. Transactions more than one year old need CSV import, and an existing feed from another provider may prevent direct connection.
Upload a statement to try its layout. We read PDF, CSV and Excel files, but extraction quality depends on the document. Check dates, amounts and the number of transactions in the preview, especially for scans. We show balance checks where the statement supplies balance data.
StatementClear checks overlaps against transactions previously uploaded to the same StatementClear feed. It doesn't have a complete view of all statement lines imported through other apps or native bank feeds. Check the period already in Xero before you send or import.
Xero offers native PDF statement import for organisations in the US and Canada, subject to its plan and document requirements. Check that option first if it covers your organisation. In other regions, a Xero-ready CSV or a connected statement tool can help.

Choose monthly or yearly billing; subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
